Do you offer free trials?

No, we do not offer free-trial. This is to ensure we allocate time and team resources to provide the best data quality and support you need. We charge based on the amount of data volume needed to be processed, your support volume, which data systems and reply interfaces your company uses and the level of support automation requires.

Your data will also go through a cleaning process to make sure the ingested data is of the highest quality before starting using the application. High quality data is needed to deliver accurate answers and great customer support. Talk to our Sales team to learn more.

How does Hypertype approach security?
At our company, security is of utmost importance. Hypertype is always working to meet and exceed best security practices. Is Hypertype replacing my support ticketing systems or chatbots?
